Before it's said, "Go the shop, hand over money, take duvet home..." yes I know!

My partner has a quilt that he's had since he was young, it's got like a proper cotton fabric outter material and inside the padding is quite thick and feels really good quality. The quilt is in such good condition that my son's now using it on his bed. I've tried to find another like it (one to wash, one to spare) and I've bought him a few and they're like terrible quality padding and the outter material is like thin gauze material- it rips easily so the quilt is falling apart after a few washes (my son's going through the bed wetting phase atm :( )

Anyway do you know where I can get a good quality duvet from like this please? I don't want to spend too much tbh.

Many thanks in advance.

John lewis do good duvets. You might be able to get hold of a special purchase one which is the same quality but at a special lower price.

If you do have to spend a bit more, think of it as an investment. A good nights sleep is worth it.

They are absolutely fantastic. My son has a double and in my opinion is a far better duvet than our King size which cost twice as much from John Lewis

A financial advisor friend of mine also recommends duvets to his clients.

+1 for John Lewis duvets, especially when on special purchase. You can also have a good feel of them in store before you buy.
