have you checked out the mountain triple buggy ?
I have two with roughly the same age gap as yours.. i bought a phil & teds but regretted spending that much as as soon as my daughter was 23 months old she insisted on walking everywhere..
totally agree with there being a pretty narrow selection of them

What about a set of reins for the 21 month old? I myself had a 22 month old when I had my 2nd baby and she insisited on walking everywhere so needing to get a double buggy was never an issue for me.

I used to put the reins on her and tie her to the buggy with the strap, I know that might sound wrong but it kept me safe in the knowledge that she would walk herself but not get anywhere.

Thanks for all the info, not sure we can consider the reins as wife has to do the school run dailay and am not sure the toddler can do all that walking everyday considering the distance to be covered. most of the ones on Tamba are so expensive might go for the obaby one in the end, rep coming all your way.

what about a boogie board, it clips on the back of the pram and the bigger one stands on it and is wheeled long with the pram, saves their little legs but without the hassle of a massive pram.
My little one loved his, only problem is that they can't go for a nap when you're out.
