A friend ordered some chairs from ebay as brand new from a power seller, they arrived on 21st June very badly damaged. She has emailed the seller many times but no response. She contacted ebay and got a phone number for the seller but she just gets an answerphone. She tried to do a dispute but wan't sure how and now she says that the ebay item isn't even on the system any more...? She's at the stage where she's pulling her hair out, very angry and upset.
She paid by paypal. What should she do?
