maybe in your previous employment they asked you to come in for a half day on one day then asked you to spread the half day off over the next week. IF you get what m saying, any example of when you have been asked to be flexible, work in a different department etc Unsure of what type of job it is so...

I think it means flexibility in your job such as helping out different sections etc, changing your job role at a moments notice then going back to the old role without moaning.

Being called into work at short notice?

something about having to multitask in a job or uni or something like that, and being flexible enuff to carry out each different task to the best of your ability?

Something that you wouldn't normally do ... maybe something that's not in your 'job description' but you go out of your way to do to help out .. accepting 'change' at short notice...

Thats a good example mate, depends on the job but for instance say you were working in a store and a new one was opening in a different location or it was short on staff due to long term sickness or holiday, if you went to the new store to help for a couple of weeks this would show your flexible and are willing to put the company first

where what you had planned changed at the last minute and you had to be flexible enough to change the plans and adapt to the new situation with a new plan which resulted in a positve outcome - including you not moaning about it and having to go home because it didnt fit into your family/social life !
