I have got a great deal on a new build house, full turn key.
As it is under market value I can use the difference as part of the deposit but still leaves me £3250 deposit to pay along with solicitor fees and all the other fees associated...
My problem is I was not expecting to buy so soon, I got married last summer and have been renting since and was going to rent for a while longer but then this offer came along. With co-ownership coming back I can't see the offer being their long.
Then with xmas etc I have very little saved so I need to get some money gathered up quickish!! :(
Anyone advise the best way to get 1 or 2 thousand that won't land me in jail ;)
For example what is the cheapest option when borrowing money - (overdraft, bank loan, credit card etc...)
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
