i really need some help here. last year nov i sold a voucher code and sent the code to her email add after she bought one (not tesco). the code expired end of dec last year. after almost 2 months she left me a negetive feedback 2 days ago saying she did not recieve the item!!!?
i was wodering where did tht come from... 1st she did not email me saying she havent recieve anything within a week or two. 2nd its almost 2 months when she decided to leave the feedback especially when it expired last month dec?
i have emailed her twice regarding this and she didnt reply. i hv also emailed ebay.
can anyone tell me what can i do? ive been really careful selling stuff and all that...now i endup with negetive feedback.
its really upsetting.
