My neighbour at the back as a daughter she is about 10 year's old.

She is an absolute nightmare on her trampoline.

Constant high pitched screaming.

She does it intentionally at me because she knows I hate it.

What can I do?

Here come's a summer of hell!

have you considered greasing the trampoline and then whacking her over the head with a "SLIPPERY WHEN WET" sign?
#2
at night time when everyone is asleep, throw some cooking oil onto the top of the trampoline, try not to leave fingerprints anywhere like on your fence ;)

carefully dig a hole under each leg, place a twig over each hole and stand the trampoline on those, then when she jumps on it it will sink to ground level (we did this in the portacabin at work only drilled the holes where a chair went and used match sticks, the next day we welded extra lengths to the chair legs so they reached the ceiling)
#8
Just go in their garden at night with a knife, Cut down the middle of the fabric!

Sorted.

Just make sure the child doesnt wake up and see u holding a knife while looking at her with a angry look

Horrendous isn't it!
#14
"accidentally" put the hosepipe on her
#15
you buy a trampoline and jump higher and scream a lot louder
#16
Play this as loud as you can through your sound system every time she screams

#17
why dont you get a huge trampoline and have a trampoline party making AS much noise as poss and give them a taste of their own medcine
#18
Any nearby trees? If so a big tear in the trampoline that looks naturaly occuring. Oh dear would be a shame.

problem is when they affect your quality of life which they are doing in this case, not just a case of them being tolerated for misbehaving.

Thank you, she is a complete nightmare.

I have had bother from her for a long time.

Try again?

There is really no point, she has 2 older brother's and I have had word's with them also.

The older one used to sit on the fence staring at me, he climbed over the fence. So I told him to leave.

He phoned the police and said I common assaulted him.

have you tried the nice neighbour approach? friendly chat and befriend her, bribe her with sweeties to be quiet, till shes too fat for excercise and wants to sit indoors watching tv all day :)
#32
We are surrounded by trampolines, but we are lucky, the only time the kids next door scream is when they see us or the dog and they keep shouting hello!

I would try talking to the parents again and if that doesnt work then retaliate with loud music played in the garden, see how they like the noise pollution (but, speak to your other neighbours first)
#33
DLM - I haven't read the whole thread but that's what kids do, make noise when they are having fun. Surely she doesn't do it that late into the evening

Maybe turn your music up loud or even better record you and the boyfriend doing your own bouncing and turn that up loud - drown her out with your own screams

Can't you just pop your head over the fence and threaten to 'tell her mummy' if she doesn't shut up?
