Hi ive just picked up a new car(2nd hand) and it smells of dogs inside,theres alot of hairs too,just wondering whats a good car shampoo to use that will also get rid of the smell,thanks

Just burn it, the smell is never leaving.

One of my cars smelt of vomit when I bought it. I used Vax carpet shampoo a few times (using damp cloth on seats and carpets). Took about a week to get rid of the smell.

Yeah i agree...just burn all that money you have spent lol :roll:

Dog smell isn't pleasant and will be difficult to get rid of but maybe a professional valet would be the only answer.

Did you not notice the smell before buying the car?

I had exactly the same problem, My car stank on a hot day, no shampoos will touch it. So forget doing it yourself.

You need to get it valeted by a company that has an ozone generator that will get rid of the stink for you.

This place does it from £12 http://www.bubbles1.co.uk/services.asp, should be a local service to you.
