    Well.. I learned only today after my claim for Sep went astray. The lovely lady who I spoke to admitted the problem could be due to redirection and extended the claim period by another 15 days so that I can resend to the Crewe address

    Don't take it to heart hun, I didn't know the address had changed so I'd never have thought to read through the E2Save thread to check for any changes... Edi's highlighted it in the title
    We've got E2Save & Dial a phone accounts but very rarely read the threads associated with them.

    OSPS address remained the same. e2save however cocked up and chaged to OSPS address.

    In theory yes, but sending your claim to Dunstable can delay the process and they just forward it to Crewe so possibility of it getting los.

    e2save told me over the phone to send the claim to Crewe, so that the best bet

    Never bought anything from OSPS but received a letter today from them asking for more docs regarding a recent claim. Contacted e2save (where I got the mobile) and address given for sending the docs is OSPS's Crewe address

    BTW, anyone with e2save and wanting to contact them for cashback claims can use the geographical number 01270504440
