How much? Im on basically the same package but from 02 with speeds of allegedly upto 8mb for £7.50 I say allegedly 8mb because these are the speeds we regularly get, (especially good seeing as before switching from the BT backbone we was only getting about 3-4mb) [CENTER]http://www.speedtest.net/result/276956187.png

What? the PC I built myself from spares i.e I bought a mobo but it was too big for my current case so bought a new case then put it in, then needed a new psu for my 8800GT so had my old 8600GT and old psu(only about 2 months old though) then had spare ram from my pc too as upgraded that too)

The COA was what I got with a PC I bought but forgot to send it back(it wasnt an OEM either!) and when I phoned customer services they said the PC had been sent back to manufactuer so they had nothing to do with it so just keep it!

I then bought a dvd burner and hard drive to complete the unit so im selling it to make back the costs of upgrading old one.

best advice is to spell computer correctly as you may find searching on 'computor' doesnt get you very far ;)

For the requirements listed practically any modern pc will do.

For your requirements, you could probably walk into PC World and come away wih a decent unit for about £400. If you've got the know-how, you could build a very good computer for that price, most of the secondary parts (HDD, CD, DVD drive, GFX card, Sound card) could be salvaged from your old machines or from boot sales and the like.

Basically providing you've got a decent processor and quite a lot of RAM, say 2GB+ then your fine for what you need it for. If your thinking about higher end gaming then you could always throw in a decent graphics card later on.
