new mattress problem

I got a new bed and mattress delivered several weeks ago. I have followed the instructions which came with the bed relating to turning the mattress over and around every week. I am also aware that the fillings in the bed will settle and flatten slightly to allow for this. However, I have a problem. The fillings have settled in the middle of the bed, but the end and top of the bed have not settled and stick up. The head and feet sections of the bed are risen above the middle of the bed, and this does not appear to be settling down. This looks unsightly with covers on as they do not sit correctly and also I am worried that this will get worse if the middle of the bed continues to settle over time and that there will be a big dip in the middle of the bed over time if the head/feet section do not flatten.

Is this a common problem? What should I do? Any advice gratefully received!
