My phone was on ebay and I sold it for the buy it now price only to find out it was a nigerian scammer so have a few questions.

1) How do I report him?

2) Is there anyway I can relist the item for free?

3) Is there anyway I can block future scammers on eBay e.g. buyers have feedback of 5 or more?

Thanks in advance

no.3 go to my ebay, then on the left below 'my account' go to preferences, then under seller preferences scroll down to buyer requirements and on the right it says 'show' cick that then 'edit' and choose your preferences :)

Thanks hothothot,

Only option I could really see and find useful was:

Block buyers who don't have a PayPal account. (Note: This block only applies to future listings and can be disabled per item on the Sell Your Item form.)
This requirement can help you avoid Unpaid Items, as PayPal account holders have up to an 80% lower Unpaid Item rate.

Damn! Tried cancelling the bid but wouldn't let me as it's already classed as 'closed' due to buy it now.

Report the buyer as a scammer and you will be credited for your FV fees when the auction is voided.

I had this a few years ago and I just reported it to ebay and they let me relist item free of charge

They used to be nigerian but not anymore. Now UK bidders are pretending to be nigerian. It's all propaganda if you ask me.
