Thanks for your replies. I just wanted to check because mine came from Littlewoods Direct today with a clear seal & the box is a bit battered. I thought it might have been a return or something.

I suppose I can live with the battered box as long as everything else is ok!

Rep left for both of you

I've just given them a call & they've said it'll be anything up to 6 weeks before they get them back in stock. I'm so annoyed!

They told me to open the box to check if the actual console is ok but I'm not touching it until I know whether I'm keeping it or not lol.

My little man has seen it now so he'll be gutted if I send it back. Aaaargh, what to do!

Try Argos if you send it back..........they always seem to have them in stock now. :)

Yeah I know. I only ordered from Littlewoods because you can pay it off over a year interest free lol :-D

That's what I thought.

I think I'd better send it back then :-(

Ok. Another question, sorry!

They're back in stock online. If I ring up to exchange, will that affect my Quidco?

I don't want it to end up declining!

No, it shouldn't do as it will go through on the same order number as a replacement. :)

Thanks Syzable, you're a star :)

I've ordered a replacement & it'll be here tomorrow. Hopefully the box will be better! All they do is stick it in a bag so it'll probably arrive battered as well lol.

I've sent some rep your way
