I basically brought a Wii Play pack with an added remote from GAME. The remote was fine for the first few weeks, however it has now stopped working. It still works on the screen e.g moving the cursor around wii sports. However the motion sensor I think may be broken. As it will not work for bowling, swinging in golf, or any other game. Now I've realised that GAME won't do any returns or exchanges without a reciept and I cant find my one. Is there any way I can get the remote fixed another way, maybe through nintendo's own warranty? How would I go about this?

If you paid by credit/debit card & can print off a statement or have one to hand, they should accept that as proof of purchase. I know a lot of retailers do

But I bet you paid cash, didn't you!!??

I had this problem with one of mine, took me a while to find out how to fix it, but it did the trick. Basicly you should place the wiimote (buttons face down) on your palm, and firmly hit the back of it with the other palm. Apparently the sensor jams and this un-jams it.
