Yep, 24 month warranty. I had a problem in month 23 and they replaced it in end, so yes, definitely 2 year warranty on Nokias. Take it to a Nokia store and get them to look at it for you.

I had a look on the website and it seems you can request a repair online, try this: Link to Nokia warranty repair page

I got that link from here http://www.nokia.co.uk/support/repair/repair/troubleshooter and clicking the repair link at the bottom left of the page.

yeah i know i can send it in, just would have rather gone instore when you hear the stories about them saying it is water damaged and things like that, think the nearest repair centre is birmingham, do the centres fix them then and there do you know? or are they just drop off points

Don't you have a CPW near you? They will repair it instore if possible, if not, they will send it off.

we dont have one with a repair centre, just a normal store that will send off for a repair

I must admit it was a lengthy process to get mine 'dealt with' as it was with CPW and they had it over a month and a half, by the time it was sent into Nokia's repair centre for the second time it was past it's warranty date (CPW's fault not mine) but in the end they gave a replacement with a better phone so I'm happy.
I don't think there is a quick fix unfortunately, maybe give them a ring and see if they have any good suggestions or can fast-track it for you. I did get a replacement whilst the phone was being fixed, granted it was quite possibly the worst phone ever, but you shouldn't be left without a phone.

well after nearly two hours on phone to t mobile it was some kind of software crash, they have walked us through everything and now it is back working again, fair play to t mobile for their time i expected after 30 mins to do the old "its nokias problem" but they didnt and got us up and running again
