Nokia N95 8GB Certificate Error.... Help Needed! PLEASE READ!!!!

I have recently bought the Nokia N95 8GB and it's a great phone. But now you cannot have a certificate anymore and I can't get much on to my phone. Themes will not install, games that end in sis or sisx will not work, and even applications...
The thing is I have tried setting the date back and I have changed my software installation from signed only to all. Is there anyway of fixing this problem or a way in getting a certificate somehow? If so it would be nice if you could help me out.

you mean certified rather than certificate ? it's a very complicated process I wouldn't bother :p tried it myself rushed it and it didn't work. But you need to start by looking for SignSIS GUI by ladiko...

I thought it did say certificate error. And sometimes it says certified.

Too difficult. It's like written in nerd language.

Stick in your IMEI number.

Stick in your EMAIL

Click BROWSE and find your .SIS file

Find the bit which says Capability information, and click SELECT ALL

Fill in the numbers from the picture

Click Accept legal agreement

click SEND

It's meant for programmers and developers, I think there might be something in their user agreement for the site about this too.

This will only work for apps in the test range (i.e. non commericial apps). Route66 for example can no longer be, er, "resigned" this way. The only solution for the moment is if you have an old certificate already generated for you phone/imei number, you can use that to sign applications with using SignSIS.exe. This will work even if the date has expired (if you set the phone date after when you requested it, but before it expired)
