Had mine for about 3 weeks and I love it.
Had a SE800i last year, originally upgraded to N73 but wasn't very happy with it so exchanged it for the N95 when O2 dropped the tarrff from £50pm to £30pm. The N95 is better build quality than the N73. I can see the sliding front might get a bit loose in time, but have read somewhere that it can be tightened up if necessary.
Battery life is around 2 days for normal use, but drops quickly once it gets below 3 or 4 bars.
Mine is fine though. No freezing, no reboots & menu speed not bed enough to complain about. Fab camera and excellent video camera which plays direct to your TV.
I recommend the N95 despite all the problems you hear about.
Mines excellent too - best phone I've had :)

Battery isnt a problem (I charge it while in work), 2 days battery life with normal use.

Camera is excellent as well, plus you can put a LOAD of 3rd party apps on which enhance it further.

Still waiting for O2 to release version 12.x firmware though :(
