I've been unable to launch Ovi Player since 13th Dec.
After 3 emails on Nokia's "Contact Us" and 4 phone calls to their
helpline, I was finally told on the 22nd that their system was down for work
and they had no idea when it would be up again - very useful.
I mentioned that I had credit which was due to expire and they said
that this would not be lost.
I guess all we can do is keep trying.

Hi,
Thanks from me also.
Amazing how Nokia could not help me but you did!
Thanks again - now can launch and sign in.

From everyone that I know that has tried it, Ovi is absolutely terrible. This thread also seems to confirm that!
