Normal London House Deposits + Admin Fees?
In the process of looking for a place to live in east london, found a nice 3 bedroom house at £380 pw for 3 of us, we need to pay, one months rent of £1646, a deposit of £2280 and a admin fee of £380, the months rent is fine but the deposit seems very high and so does the admin fee, is this the normal price? thanks for any help. Also what would be the average monthly bills? gas, water and electricity?
