I am a happy O2 broadband customer, and my 12 month contract is nearly up. I have e-mail them and asked if they do any offers for a contract renew, they dont.
"Thanks for getting in touch about your broadband account. We currently have no offers running for existing customers. If you were to cancel the account you would not be eligible for the Quidco offer as you would not able to start a new contract for 6 months. I hope this answers your query. Kind regards "
I am thinking about cancelling my account, and getting the wife to sign up, do you think this would work?
