My n95 has been playing up so i phoned them and they said i could have a doorstep swap for a new phone, they then said that they would email within 24 hours with the delivery details. this call was made yesterday by the way.
I still have not received the email so i gave them a call 5 minutes ago to ask what was happening, only to be told that the phone is out for delivery!!agghhh!!
Only problem is that i have to go out for the rest of the day, im not happy about it!!
I have no problem with o2 really as i have been a customer of theirs since they were genie its just that a little bit of notice would have been great!
