I have to say O2 are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

1) ordered phone online 23/12
2) within an hour called an cancelled order (agreed on phone)
3) On 27 get a message saying phone will be delivered
4) On 28th Call O2 what's going on - they advise they've instructed the courier to return phone
5) On 3rd Jan get a bill from O2
6) On 5th January get an email asking me about my new phone
7) They ask me to use the online form which required an O2 telephone number even though I don't have an O2 phone, O2 sim card or O2 contract.

Needless to say I have cancelled my direct debit.

Carl Michael Walker I have to say O2 is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with.. Shocking customer service, awful!!

TBH, lost interest after the first few paragraphs. Be wary of cancelling DD if the payee is (rightly or wrongly) expecting payment and reports payment performance to CRAs.

yes, it's a bit war and peace... I'd lose interest too! I was told by O2 to cancel the DD.
Just want other potential customers to see what can go wrong... Had an applogy of sort now, but never again..

So basically don't order a phone from them and then change your mind and cancel the order an hour later.

You are all over them for their mistake but you think it's fine to order stuff you don't want then stamp your feet when things go slightly wrong. What is the point of this thread?

By you have loads of issues with mobile phone providers don't you, best not to get a new phone next time, or we may have to wait 4 years for your next thread.

Carl Michael Walker (Account #31025406262172) is probably going to have loads more issues now too.

I noticed, but didn't want to put all of the information in an easily digestible comment :)

No such thing as a problem free mobile company.

Every one has their share of issues, none are perfect.

Just to add - I've never had a O2 sim or phone, so the number left has no connection to me...

It's where you keep a record of call durations and unauthorised transactions? Calls to O2 are not free.

o2 sales rang me just before xmas , a week earlier the very same person had rang me but he hung up on that occasion after he was informed that to make me happy he personally would make me a coffee and place it before me , on the 2nd occasion he asked what he could do to make me happy again , I told him to never ever ever ring me again and the call ended since then I havent heard from o2 , they used to be ok but now they wont compete on call plans compared to other providers are giving for the same amount , ill be sacking them soon for not asking was I busy / driving etc when they called me ( which I was )
