Can someome remind me where to get o2 Joggler support? did a quick search on hotuk deals but struggling to find anything.

My radio kept saying playing, but nothing happening on screen and no sound from speaker. So did the obvious power off and on. After 30 mins it's still frozen on the O2 screen. It's first problem I've had with it, mainly it's left on all the time and used for radio.

It's still under warranty and purchased online and I don't recall there being a reset button anywhere. Did one quick search and seems to have been some sort of update in August 2010, so not sure if that's the cause. http://www.joggler.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1108&start=20
My only other concern is that if it went back to O2, is there a way to remove my personal details from it first eg: contacts and internet/wifi settings

Resetting it/restoring factory settings is one of the options in tools or settings, which won't help you if its frozen, and it never works on mine anyway. I would leave it unplugged for a bit then try again.

If you email them through the O2 website ('contact us' at O2 family bit at o2 support) with any mobile or landline number, they are very good about calling back. I know there isn't a specific thing for Jogglers, but when I had a problem with mine, I think I just ticked mobile and then explained it was actually a Joggler. They then asked me to take it in to my local O2 shop.

..try what I did .. use an ethernet cable instead of wifi for streaming radio
Initially when I purchased it , I had it hooked up via wifi ... would play radio for a few minutes then lose the "buffer" just as the screensaver clock kicked in .. I then increased the screensaver timer & this seemed to work for a while .. before the radio cut out .. Finally got an ethernet cable out & connected the joggler directly to the router ..no problems at all since ..screen saver still works with no issues

Thanks. Just tried plugging it in again after being unplugged for a few hours. Still no frozen on O2 logo. Will try darklight's suggestion, failing that I'll take your advice and email O2 support.
