O2 Pay Monthly Users....send blank text to '21202' free for remaining mins etc.

I received a text from O2 yesterday telling me that I can now send a blank to text '21202' for a free summary of my remaining text, minutes and data bundle allowance.

I wasn't aware of this until now. Hope this gives some people a heads up!

I am on O2 with Carphone Warehouse, guessing that's why this doesn't work for me.

I did find one before that worked but I forgot the number, anyone know it? WIll leave you rep

I just doubled checked and that number is free as it's on the list of free numbers on the O2 website.

I assumed that when they took away the free allowance for 0845/0870 that that included the carphone warehouse number!

What are all those other number for, just all different things, or just O2?

So do those free numbers come out of my call allowance?

On the 21st july 2016 i changed my data from 6g to 25g for £25, the new promtion. however my data is now presenting itself as 5g. i visited the holloway store and was told that my new service had not been activated, but it will be activated after 24hours. clearly nothing has been activated or resolved. i need this problem to be fixed as i have already been charged the £25 since my bill is produce on the 22nd of every month.

This is an eight year old unrelated thread you've bumped, you'd be much better off starting your own thread although as your issue is account specific you're going to have to persevere with O2.
