O2 Sent Replacement without receiving my Faulty Handset!!
Need some help what to do will appreciate some advice
I called O2 few weeks ago regarding my faulty handset and they sent me email giving me information on where and how to send the handset back. The day i was going to send the handset back i received the Replacement handset. so i cancelled the special delivery and did not send the faulty handset.
Do you think O2 will come back and charge me for not sending the handset back. Please has anyone been in same situation???????????????
