have you got to send your old one back, or are they preplacing it without even seeing the old one?

I played with a N73 alot last year and this year, had an N80 for over a year now.

Both Symbian60 phones.

I'm close to saying, never, ever again but the N95 8GB which should be out just before xmas is tempting, but it is a brick really which I could get on retentions but I want to leave O2 as my primary contract phone so we'll see.

If SE K900i is announced with 8gb/integrated GPS or similar, it'll be worth the wait into 08 possibly.

Many retailers do swap out at the door on returns/exchanges etc, courier option for over a decades now really.

Took out insurance but its being returned under faulty, so i pay no excess.

I wouldn't blame o2 - my N95 on T-mobile has been sent for repair 3 times, it is now on eBay and I have bought a Sony Ericsson!
