O2 upgrade offer iphone 4S - £105 upfront cost and 12 month contract for £47
Hi All,
I am a loyal customer wit o2 for a while, 1st i had Iphone 3g, and then iphone 4(until now all on 30% discount, but not anymore), now next upgrade offering me iphone4s 16GB with £105 upfront cost and £47 for 12 months contract - comes with 900 mins, unlimited text and (i think) 750MB data.
Is it a good deal? i am not bothered abt mins n stuff, but cant make my mind on should i take it or leave and look for other option. Thought i would ask the experts on HUKD!!
Thanks a million in advance!!

If you're not bothered about 4s then keep your 4 and get a giffgaff contract
This does not take into account retention offers though, my retention deal was £37 a month and £160 for the phone (16gb 4s)for 12 months, 300 mins, unlimited texts and 500mb date which i never get close to using.)
I also got £5 discount off of that for a delay in receiving the phone, so overall I am paying £544. The phone sim free costs £499 so I am really only paying £44 for the years contract. The phone will be worth more after 12 months as well compared to 24 months like most other contracts!
The phone would cost £499.00, orange et al won't pay much less and that leaves £170 divide 12 months; circa £14/m for 900 mins, unlimited texts and 750mb data and it's only 12/m.
