O2 upgrades

Just been on phone with O2 retention
the best offer they could give me was £20 per month 200 min, 400 text, unlimited o2 to 02 calls and a free N95 8gb.

Can't they do any better than this?

So I turn them down as I want to stick to £15 per mths and get the n95 8gb and they wouldn't let me !

keep trying you might get something better with them

Considering the price of that phone on that tariff is £249.99 and the cost per month is £25 you've done extremely well
saved £249.99 plus got a fiver off line rental
what more would you like?

Many ppl have got half price line rental even with a new phone. For my sons upgrade he got 1000 texts, 400 cross network minutes plus unlimited o2 to o2 calls for £15.... and because he didn't want a new phone he got £150 credit. Is an 18 month contract. To be honest any less and the deals are pap!

Keep trying!

I recently rang them for an upgrade. They offered me the N95 8gig on a £75 a month contract. Guess what I told them! F*ck off!!! Will try them again now!

Just phoned back, they offered me N95 1gig with 600 min and 500 text and unlimited internet for £20 a month. Which I am very happy about. Although I never use 600 mins a month!

Not its the grey version. But there is no difference really except the 8 gig. As far as I can see any way. You can pick up a 8 gig SDHC mirco card for £15.99 from play. I was going for the three offer, which is £20 a month and £5 a month for internet, but only 300 mix and match. So this deal is £5 cheaper and treble the mins, as I usually use 100 texts a month.

Quidco as well.

the price of this phone will drop dramatically soon when the n96 16 gig comes out not sure when it comes out though. think its sometimes this month

Doesn't the original N95 have a lot of problems?

I think they changed more than just the memory on the N95 8GB.

On Orange i got 600 mins and unlimited texts with a free K850i at the beginning of this year for £17 a month

I know a few people who have this, had no problems. If I have problems I will just send it back.

Sounds like you got a good deal. Mine also includes unlimited internet (I know its not unlimited), which is an extra £5 a month.

Only deal I found for this phone is £20 a month with 300 mix and match mins. Also I get to keep the £5 discount a month for my home broadband, which makes it even cheaper.
