No tips im afraid but I hope you have a lovely time!

if you are staying in one of the disney hotels they have ham, cheese, bread rolls, croissants & yoghurts for breakfast & loads of people take these bits out of there for their lunch :whistling:
#3
food / drink is a a bomb there - would be better if you coould bring your own and top up with some sweet treats when you are there
#4
From Disneyland, take the RER one stop along to Val d'Europe. There's a large shopping centre (and Sea- Life centre) with a supermarket- much cheaper than Disney.
Have a good time.

No tips but consider getting large drinks and sharing might help. You will have a lovely time but please remember how cold it will be and wrap up really well. if you are going on any water rides make sure to take a caghool to put over you or something like that you would not want to stay wet and cold all day.
Have a lovely time.

Forecast is COLD: http://meteo.msn.com/local.aspx?wealocations=wc:17861&q=Lagny-sur-Marne%2c+Seine-et-Marne

A maccy D's is €6.80 for a big mac meal  NO NOT cheaper at all BUT you can have a nice salad instead of chips and beer instead of coke so is healthy (er)

Exchange rate is VERY GOOD  @ 1 GBP = 1.15324 EUR http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi?Amount=1.00&From=GBP&To=EUR&x=61&y=13 hope you have a Nationwide Flex account for FREE transacations @ this rate

I'm in FR now it was -12 this morning with frozen snow / ice, it's been a TROPICAL +1/2 degree best today ;-)

Have FUN

i love it there, if you are wanting to go to the wild bill show its usually cheaper to book online than there.

there is a petrol station/shop right by the santa fe hotel which has things like milk and fruit which is really hard to find in disney village or the parks, and arn't too expensive.

when going for meals out, having the set 3 course meal is usually the cheapest option, and lots still to choose from.

you can eat at the other hotels too and i loved the sequoia lodge although drinks can be a bit expensive. if its too cold to be wandering round of an evening they have a lovely lof fire too.

if you have the option of having breakfast in the park take it, the food is just as good and you can get on the rides while its quieter.

have a great time,

We've been about 3 or 4 times now. It's not really cheap to eat there, but it is fun.

We found one of the nicest places to eat was the Diner in the Disney Village just outside the parks. I forget it's full name but you can't miss it, it's got a classic American car outside.

Inside it's like a 50s American diner and they do the BEST milkshakes I have ever had. Their traditional American hotdogs are also VERY nice.

If you want a special treat one night, go to the restaurant in the Pirates of The Caribbean ride. It's called Blue Lagoon and it's the most expensive in the park but it's also the best food. The atmosphere is the best thing though as it's actually IN the Pirates ride so you watch all the boats sail by as you eat http:/********/bIt7Sm

i guess you mean the davey crockett ranch LOL thats about 5 minutes drive from the park and you pass the garage. the breakfast there is included in the price and is very nice. you simply goto a "shed" at the end of your trail (cul-de-sac) and pick it up each morning.
#19
You could buy the big ponchos that they sell in all the disney shops, would probably be cheaper than buying caghools if you dont have them already. They are usually see through and have mickey on the back. Everyone will be wearing them if weather gets bad or on water rides so you wouldnt feel silly. (or not after about 2 mins anyway)
Have a terrific time.

i stayed in the same place (davd crocket ranch) and really enjoyed it, and so did the kids, but it was summertime :whistling: they did hourse riding really cheap there and they have people dressed up as the disney charaters around the site also where there when we went to pick up the brekkie in morning. also had a bbq outside which you could use bt mite be a bit cold to use this time of year. have fun :) also we went to the supermarket and picked up some food as was really expensive in disneyland, so if theres a few of you mite be a good idea.

A meal for the two of us in Blue Lagoon, including a couple of cocktails was about £90-100. The drinks are horrifically overpriced all over the park, about £4-6 for a bottle of beer. A cocktail is around £10

Hard Rock Cafe is very expensive and the food there is absolutely terrible.

LOL its not bad really. the furthest cabin is only about a couple of hundred yards from the "shed" when we stayed there in dec 2008 it was great. very cold but great. the cabins are lovely, you'll be given a welcome pack with things you might have forgotten like dishwasher tablets and sponges. they've got a microwave, cooker, fridge, dishwasher so you'll be able to have a decent meal when you get back from the parks if you don't want to have dinner in the park or disney village. btw show your details to the cashier in the car park and as a disney guest you'll get free parking

I went just before Christmas 2008 my best advice would be:

1. Go half board as this saved us loads of money
2. Bring skiing clothes, we were walking around in about 6 layers and were still cold
3. wear waterproof shoes, the drainage is awful if it rains and my feet got soaked!!!
4. Eat in the steakhouse, the food was lush! (actually I thought, although expensive, the food was very nice)
5. Book one of those breakfasts with all the characters, we regretted not doing this and spent a fortune eating in Cafe Mickey to see them.

6. Have a great time!!!

I upgraded to halfboard hours before we left but to be honest if you are taking a car there might be better places to eat. Well I have got actual uggs and they are alright usually in the rain but they got soaked through at disney for the first time ever and I ended up putting plastic bags on my feet inside my uggs lol!!

OMG!! What an experience! Was Fantastic:-D
Were really lucky with the weather....had hardly spent anything in first 2 days so decided to eat out.....went to the Rainforest Cafe and was really cool. Looked excellent, with a waterfall and trees and animals (not reall ones lol) all over the place, like a real life rain forest. Then every 45 mins or so there was this rumbling sound and flashes....thunder and lightening. Kids loved it.

Thanks for all the tis peeps xx

All of em!!! .....well almost  Tower Hotel was my fav.....only went on the ones my son could go on tho, there were a few that he was too small for so didn't bother with those. Well worth it:thumbsup:

Tower Hotel, is that the dropping lift one in the Studios? I haven't been on that one. Did you go on Crush's Coaster? I thought it was going to be a nice sedate little ride and got a bit of a shock.
