Offers in FS/ FT, are they exclusive to the person offerd?

I am curious as to where the rules lead us to on this kind of thing, if some lists something at £x.xx then someone comes in with a lower offer, the OP then returns with a new price for the item which is less than the original price, but more than the offer received.
If some one now offers original asking price, has the asking price been offically changed due to OP offering it a lower proce, or am I going mad?

Hi Mate - my take on it is as long as the deal is not accepted then it isn't valid, didnt know you wanted it otherwise would have accepted it for you, but i totally agree on your pricing on the game £15 in my eyes is a bit pricey for an australian import

Yeah, thanks for that mate :)
I was only unsure as this is the rule at another forum I have started visiting recently, if you make a lower offer to one person, that then becomes the price you sell it for.

Mike..
