Do you think the CPS have got it right?
It seems that the CPS will not take officers to court over the death of the G20 man but will not hesitate in taking to court officers who "man-handled" a suspected terrorist.
IMO the officers at the G20 should have been taken to court, whereas this one I am not too sure, from the pictures it seems that they have used excessive force but the fact that he may be a terrorist kind of makes me think that he deserves it, though reading the BBC it seems that they are still allegations and have not been proven. So I'm unsure at the moment on this.
