Anyone who wants to lose weight for a special occassion or just because they were piggies at xmas come and join in the chat!
Anyone else got any ideas on how to lose the weight without being too energetic haha?!?!
Apart from not being able to put my heating on tonight but who needs heating when you have Get Fit with Mel B for the Kinect...... OMG she is one hardcore woman! I feel like my stomach muscles are killing me!!!!!! Has anyone else played it??

Even after having Katie I was 9st 10pounds now its bogging how much I weigh :(
Bought salad stuff and having ham salad wraps for lunch this week and bought squash instead of fizzy juice for at work.

If your arms are dying the next day you ARE doing it right :) So many people lift heavy weights WRONGLY and get ZERO gain from it (not saying anyone here is) but if your arms are aching badly the next day then you are gaining muscle and therefore doing good exercise :)Don't forget some protein right after!!!
What diet plan is that again? Its ringing a bell. Is that the Dukan Diet?
I dont eat much potatoes or pasta at the moment as im addicted to cous cous lol

Lost about 3/4 of a stone, it doesnt help when the Mister is home because we tend to eat out so I sit then counting my calories like a dim wit. but he left on Tuesday so Im totally focused to get going and make it over the stone i will have lost :)
I started on 30kg :) but been working up slowly I'm not too bothered about the amount of weight I lift more so the form and nice slow controlled reps.
And drink a lot of water, but i do have a few beers on a weekend.

Maybe it's my pulldown as it's only built for 40kg, but I do 55kg - 60kg on it and wouldn't do anymore for isolation..

Not a good idea Sparky, as when you start eating normally you gain quicker. Better to find a healthier diet than to stick to liquid diets. I lost a stone in a week but gained it straight away, lost muscle mass as well.
I myself struggle with carbs :(
Forward leg raises? The killer is the backward kickbacks while laying down but those kind of leg excercises are harsh :(
EDIT: Im far from being a machine but I can keep going and push to the max, think most of the guys here out do me on everything "weight" wise but prefer the form.
