Found these whilst having a clearout. All complete but unsure what to do with them. Ebay prices tend to vary and unsure how to desccribe them.

I saw one for £80 but said condition was good. Id be happy to ge that for all 3 but dont want to give them away!

I dont think there the sort of thing that could be sold on here. Does anyone know off any other sites that I can use?

Thanks in advance. Lee

I know what you mean. I havnt sold on ebay for a year or two. I found that my items didnt sell very well. I may ask a freind to list them though as he sells more than me. Thanks for the advice.!

Im having an enforced clearout, but dont want to part with anything. Ive got shed loads of wrestling mags, some wrestling vids, old cars, megadrive games and loads and loads off star wars stuff to sort through. Oh and scalextric sets too. My excuse is im saving it for my son. But hes only 1!

I'ts a good idea to get your friend to help, as they know ebay better, choose a better listing/ending time, make sure its described well and helps it sell better

good luck, I would suggest in a few years the scalextrix will still be a lot of fun for your son though, I had a 70's working set (battered but working) and my nephew a couple of years back, loved playing it to death

keep the scalextrix and starwars stuff for your son, husband got rid of his years ago and its cost us a small fortune buying the stuff back for our boys ;-)

Thanks. My other half keeps saying she will open up all the star wars toys for him. Ive got about 100 figures in boxes, and quite a few off the micro machne sets that came out a few years ago. Im hoping they will be worth a few quid when he is older.

gah, dont open toys!

if they are sealed, then dont do it!, let him play with open stuff sure, but if still as new sealed, leave WELL alone, prices go very crazy for new items
people are buying stuff from the 70's (reliving childhood) and get good money for such

I know! most is packed away. I did ge the items out one day and the older girls told there friends who came round to see it all. I had to beat them back with a stick. I had to stop collecting as I ran out off room!

tell the mrs. Opening those vintage toys is like you, wearing her best shoes, before she gets to wear them, while you work digging the garden

i sold some of the 98/02 world cup ones complete ( i got them free as i used to work with the stickers/albums, and was light fingered)... i sold them on ebay during the last world cup for around the £80 mark.

As others have sais, they're worth a fair few quid, try searching for completed listings to get a good idea, you can always plagurise (steal) the layout from someone that's sold them at a high price...
