Thanks to Zeus and Muckypup, i've built with parts from various pc bits a newer pc, based on a amd single core 64 3200+ :)

This was to replace Noah's pc that he used for his sat nav in his arc :giggle:

So, i have some really old RAM, which does work but i've no need for it, or it's value couple with, i don't even know what it is.

It's from a Packard Bell, i bought some 10 years or so ago.

I have four modules, 2x256Mb and 2x128Mb. Any idea what if anything they're worth, or does anyone want them for a modest fee?

:) The pc itself is 10 years old, is a P3 733Mhz, not that that will help identify i know. Like i say, i dunno what it is. Guess i could dig out the vga cable and connect to my monitor here, but it means sticking in a hd, and cabling it all up :-( Was originally running Win98, and i foolishly stuck ME on it lol, only to go back to 98 soon after :)

I'd say PC100, or could be PC66 at a push. Do you have the model number of the packard bell machine? Have a look at the back of it. Would assume its a "Club" something or other.

:) Thanks guys.
So, is it of worth or interest to anyone?

its worth about 10p to be fair. No seriously, its worth very little, although someone might have an old linux box or something that might need a ram boost.
