Twilights great, the way they are all so moody all the time, and dont actually say what they want to say taking up 3 movies that a normal director and normal dialogue could do in 1. Genius.

Let the Right One in was easily the best movie of last year and comfortably the finest vampire movie ever made.

I'm kind of looking forward to the remake this year to see if they follow the novel a little closer as promised. Saying that the trailer looks like it's going to be a near shot for shot remake so it could be a pointless exercise but I'm expecting more from the director of Cloverfield.

Twilight is terrible on just about every level. Not seen the newest yet but the second was so hilariously bad I have to deem it a deliberate comedy, something that funny can't be accidental surely?

Can't wait to watch, I mean, take my child to watch, Toy Story 3!! Like you I watched a bit of Up in The Air (George Clooney film, right?) and I got bored...I can only watch those type of films when I feel like it, if you know what I mean!

I know, fill the void with boring (teen angst) dialogue, moody location shots and bare chested teenagers (Sadly not female) and stretch the movie over 3 films, earn millions in the proccess from dewy eyed teenage girls who lap up that crp! Do you know what the biggest con is? The final book (I think) is going to be stretched into 2 films (ala Harry Potter) because it is "too big" (read, we want to bleed as much money out of you sad saps before it ends) to put into one movie! Pah.

I love it (LTROI), I liked the fact, although it was a vampire movie, it didn't rely on cheap shocks, gratuatous gore or pointless "plot twist" (upon plot twist, upon plot twist in the case of the American studios) like they love in hollywood. I thought it was very poignant, well acted, well shot movie that they just don't make anymore. Personally I HATE Hollywood remakes and I will not be looking forward to the "Lost" remake. No doubt it will be OTT and convoluted beyond repair.
