I have a house to sale: Worth at the house price peak £250k, now around £180k-200k.
Selling the house as quickly as possible but as cheaply (not cash rich atm) is the best option: I know this so don't ask me why or how it came to be etc. Looked at lots of different estate agents, weighed up the pros and cons and selling it private or sending it to auction.
I've decided against auction and private selling - a good inbetween road seems online estate agents - like http://hatched.co.uk/
which I could use and only spend £400 + VAT. All I wanna do it make sure it appears on rightmove and I can access some detail by the web rather than phoning for updates.
I can't seem to find any reviews of these estate agents, can they be any worse than the ones I've grown to hate while renting all my life? Any advice will be much appreciated.
