Did you know that when a provider sells you unlimited broadband, its nearly always subject to a fair usage policy? Often hidden in the small print, this states that if you download too much information from the internet then your provider can do anything from slowing your connection speed to stopping your service completely.

At uSwitch we hate the idea of consumers being kept in the dark, which is why were backing an online petition asking for broadband providers to stop using the word unlimited.
