Hello

Just wondering if any one has done any level 3 modules with the Open University and wondered how much more work you need to do compared to Level 2 modules.

Ask in your tutor group forum, or if you have one, a course forum. Some people may have done a level 3 that you are looking at and just doing a 2 to top up points or whatever.

I recently did B120 Introduction to Business Studies and DB123 You and your money: Personal finance in context and on both people were saying that generally level 3 in the Business side of things isn't much of a jump from level 2, the biggest jump being from level 1 to level 2. I am guessing it would depend on which area of the OU you are in, so best ask in the forums and see what people who have done the courses think.

I did social science courses and I found the jump from level 2 to 3 ok, there wasnt much difference in the actual workload, in fact I found the level 1 harder even though it was less study time. If you are unsure go on some of the survivor forums of the area you are interested in and ask past students what they think.
