I've seen that they got an offer for £21 which includes line rental and home max?
They also said free international calls via a 2nd line?

What does that mean, do i need a new line? would i have to pay a charge to BT?

Also what are your reviews for orange?
Are they worth it?

Reviews are hit and miss.

2nd line is over the broadband (voip)

You wouldnt be paying BT

Line renal through orange, broadband through orange and int calls over your BB (second line)

Orange is crap. Had it for years, only kept paying for it as it was £5 a month. If you want to use it for anything other then just downloading and surfing, gaming is a no no pings so high, I had a better gaming experience on AOL, that's saying something.

ive got orange bb, which used to be wannado then freeserve & now orange & i have to say we've never had a moments problem with them, as well as your existing landline number you get an orange landline number, you plug a phone into the wireless router & use it that way, but to be honest we've never used ours

What about the connection? Is it reliable? (my exchange is like up the road so its not that far away..)

Im on virgin, but my bills are too high, my parents usually ring abroad..

Just because your exchnage is up the road doesn't mean you'll have a good or short cable run. Check out the samknows to see who offers an unbundled service from your local exchange. Are you with virgin on cable service? If so you'll have to have your BT/copper line provisioned and you may be charged an install cost for that. Secondly orange as far as I know don't install lines so you'd have to go to BT/Sky/Post Office/Opal to provision a line which would usually result in you being tied to contract
