Orange: If i'm on contract - how can i check how many minutes i have left?

I should be paying £30 a month for my phone contract, however the past two months i've had to shell out £56!! Apparently i've gone over my allotted minutes by 80 extra. I can't see a break down, so i've been careful this month on calls. And am monitering their length.

However I just wondered if anyone knows a number i can call that will tell me my amount of minutes left? I can't seem to find it in the manual and don't wanna have to keep shelling out so much extra.

I think you can check how many minutes and texts you have left - dial 150 then option 1 followed by option 1

Yeah +1 on that dont think the usage is up to the min. I have heard it may be up to 24hrs behind. Hope it helps get your bill down a bit anyway

Orange are now charging for itemised bills,so if you arw on a paper bill you can view minutes used etc on line if you open an Email acc.As with dialling 150 minutes used are not always showing -sometimes 24 hrs behind.Another way is to set your phone to clear all timers for calls made at the end of a billing time then monitor them on there.

If you sign up online you check lots of things such as how many minutes/texts you have left and look at alot of your previous bills.

When you check it tells you how many mins you have left at a time and date, but it msy be the day before. Sometimes the service doesnt even work! especially round the time youre bill is due!
