last week i purchased a tv from a web site at a bargain price my payment was accepted and an email recieved stating;
'We are pleased to confirm that your order has been validated and we are currently in the process of preparing it in our warehouse'.
My payment was processed onto my credit card then today i have recieved an email stating;
'Unfortunetly your order has been cancelled due to technical difficulties with our website at the time you placed the order'.
'We can confirm that this has now been cancelled on your account and you will be refunded back to your card within 3-5 days'
can they legally do this ? i have phoned them and they state it is within their rights to do this but they would!
any legal eagles out there can give me any advice ?
