Ordered it on 8th August and it comes direct from manufacturer but thought ok they'll be in touch with in a few days, I've ordered appliances from Littlewoods before and Hotpoint have contacted me with in days of me ordering to arrange delivery.
LG finally contacted me to arrange delivery but won't deliver because apparently Littlewoods had gave them the wrong postcode..!!! Well actually just a letter missing.
They told me to contact Littlewoods to sort it out and get them to resend all the details again..!!!
The women on the other end of the phone when I explained why they won't deliver and she said "It wasn't Littlewoods fault, Littlewoods don't make mistakes like that" I told her it certaily wasn't my fault so it had to be someones fault.
She was right sarcastic but finally agreed to give LG a phone to sort it out.
Anyway LG now have my full postcode but apparently it takes about a week to send my order details to the department that arranges delivery..!!! It took them nearly a month last time which makes me wonder if I'll have to wait yet another month..!!! and then probably around a week for it to be delivered.
I've had to do some plumbing and take some cupboards out, Repaint the kitchen.
Luckily I've still got a Fridge/Freezer, Could you imagine being without a fridge/freezer for a month possibly 2 when you've got 4 kids..!!!
I don't think having to wait over month is really acceptable due to the nature of the product. They didn't know I already had a fridge/freezer
Yes I could and probably should of gone to comet or currys etc but the fridge/freezer I've bought is massive and was highly reduced plus Quidco plus discount codes I used bought the price right down and is about £100 cheaper than comet.
