Just a heads up to be on the safe side guys.

I have just noticed a deduction from my bank for £31 from Origin Geneva.

I have logged into my Origin account and a transaction of €49.99 has taken place at 10:10 this morning for FIFA 15.

I have evidently requested a refund from Origin for the transaction, Just to add the invoice to my email address was in Dutch.

So probably the best thing to is reset your passwords, going do ours now, although I don't think I've got card details store on there. I only got Origin for my daughter to play Sims 4 and I think I purchased the code elsewhere as was cheaper that way.

I'm guessing you got hacked?

Nothing on the account has been changed, passwords and such, Just the purchase that has been made, I did question my sobriety levels for 10am this morning, But I would have had to have been seriously out of it to purchase FIFA 15 for £31, I already own it on Vita and PS3.

There is always room for more Fifa :)

Not sure if you can do this on origin, but can you see where you last logged in? (I know Steam lets you do this.)

I'm not sure that is possible, I'm just on with EA Live Chat now, I requested the refund through the website, but I would like to know how this has happened.

I totally agree with the quantity of FIFA, but not at £31 ;) I'm really tight, Im generally a year behind due to low pricing :D

Origin had a problem over Christmas with players being unable to access some games such as The Simpsons Tapped Out , given the recent hacks into Microsoft etc it wouldn't surprise me if some of their sensitive information was accessed It is for this reason I never leave cc details online you just nevr know...

Origin Unauthorized purchases
Hacker group claimed they had access to a database with e-mail addresses and passwords. EA said they no breach has happened though. Probably best to change your password anyway, knowing EA they are probably lying.

Add login verification to your account HERE

Anyone, including yourself, would then need to enter a verification code, that's sent to your email, to access your Origin account.

I didn't lose my account thankfully, nothing was changed in that manner, They just logged in and purchased FIFA 15, the more I have had to think about it the more it makes sense, they evidently bought the game to log in and sell any FIFA UT players to themselves?
