Overdrawn at the bank?

Anyone managed to get there bank charges reversed more than once? last time (and first time) i had it done they said "As it is your first time we won't charge you for the bank charges" but i have gone overdrawn again, anyone?

PS. I am with Natwest.

yeah i have..with the Halifax..i just phone up and be very nice and act a bit dim!!its worked about 4 times in 5 years good luck

be proactive and get an account with a fee free overdraft facility (e.g. Smile £500(,

Hi,
Just say you cant pay them, as if you do, will then become overdrawn again next month. The banks have to be seen to be helping their borrowers, if they do not reverse them, take it further. HBOS staff on the fone have been told to reverse if necessary.
