Do you have phrase you use way to much. Even when its not in context?

Mines is

" Thats a comedy classic for you right there"

I've picked up from somewhere " wind yer neck in" and "crack on"
Don't know why I've started using these at work, but really gets on some peoples nerves. :)

"At the end of the day" sends me into an uncontrollable rage.

My thing is not so much phrases as i'll drop words into sentences that although in context are just too much for doing something like ordering a Greggs Pasty. Swear to Jebus I used the word ergo while talking about a Starbucks a few moments ago.

I always use it in context, but mine is "Spammed. :)"

If people didn't post dupes and hate posts/threads I would have no need to. :)

o i didnt mean it like that.....find myself saying that alot.....

To be fair I do have one it's "to be fair" :p

Found myself saying it far too often but to be fair I don't use it as much now.
