Ovi Unlimited Downloads

Can anyone help me with the following please as I am contemplating weather or not to pick up a Nokia 5230 on T-mobile with 12 months Ovi downloads for £60 from Argos.

1. Does the phone get locked to the Ovi store or is it the sim card, my reason for asking this is I have a Nokia 5530 on contact with Virgin and would rather have that locked for downloads as this would then leave me free to sell the 5230 phone as I only need the activation code.
2. The downloaded tracks get locked to one PC & one phone to play the music on as they are DRM encoded, my kids would like some of the music for their mp3 players so is their some free software out their that can remove the DRM from the tracks.

Thanks for any help/advice.

Would rather try it this way than totally illegal, thanks.

From the Ovi site

"Music can only be downloaded and played on your registered PC and mobile – it cannot be burnt to CD or copied"

oh that's just music downloads, haven't they stopped this for all new purchases? just googled, end of this year it ends. Ovi apps unlimited for a year now that would be good.

Thought now that Nokia were in bed with Microsoft they said Ovi music was gonna die?

tunebite used to be quick and easy enough to use to remove DRM.
