I have on old Panasonic Skydigibox - TU-DSB20 that got put in the loft when we had Sky+ with the intention that when my son was old enough we would put it in his room so he could watch the freeview channels.

It's still in there now & he's not asking for tv channels (has a tv with games console attached) so it's never going to get used. Is it worth selling & how much would it be worth?

Remote works, how do I find out what software it's on & if it's not in 3.5 can I update it myself or not?

Connect it all up...........press "services" then "4" then "System Details" it will show software version.......................if its below 3.4 you can do a update..............unplug from electricity........then while holding in the "Back Up " button on the digibox (not the remote) keep holding it in while plugging in the mains lead, keep it pressed in until the tv screen says "updating Software this may take 10 minutes.......when the tv screen says this release the back up button and wait........................if after 15 minutes nothing has happened you can safely unplug and try again

I've just done the update myself, very easy with the instructions from antenna (thank you - rep given)

Can't ever see us using it to be honest as we have Sky+ now & the programs we watch are on channels that are never going to be free to view!

How much would you take for it? Just moved into my new place and wouldn't mind a bit TV in my room.
