Can i ask? What is a pandora battery?

Its a battery that lets you put your PSP in service mode and from that install custom firmware on it.

A lot of people then play old (SNES/Master System) etc... games or even copies of PSP games (which is illegal) none of this can be done running the Sony software

I have one that I have been thinking of selling, I paid £14.99 delivered from Amazon (you could get one from there) and would look at selling it with the Magic Memory Card (which is 1GB) for £22.

Will start a FS Thread anyway Started Here

There seems to be lots of different firmware versions about, which is the best to use in terms of features/comptibility/stability?

Lol, some how I knew my name would come up in this thread, he he :)
Yeah, if anyone needs any help give me a shout (but not this weekend I am out on the pull:P)
I will gladly help out those needing custom firmware etc if I can, and if you happen to live in the Ipswich area I can put the cfw on your PSP for free, nice and easy :)

Mike, are you still selling the Batteries/Mem Sticks? If so I'd be interested. :)

Yes you can make your own magick stick and yes you can then reformat it and use it for games.

There is no need to format it even, you can just create the folders and sub-folders on the card if you so wish and add your roms/ homebrew etc to the respective folder, that way you can have a magic memory stick for any time you need it and still use the memory stick as normal to boot.

Nightswimmer: If you still need one of these things let me know and I will start a new thread on the for sale or trade forums, although it wont be till tomorrow now as I am off out in a min, more drinking is in order :)
