right bought a item off ebay, original payment went threw as echeque, seller cancelled my echuque so i could pay instantly. which went threw fine,

now the original payment at echque for 13.00 says cancelled at top near sellers name and next says bank account uncleared, so i check my bank this morning and the all the payments by echeque have left my account, now the question i am wanting to know what will happen to the 13.00 thats already been paid for the item via echeque will that bounce back to me or will the seller still recive this money and have to refund me it back to my paypal? in theroy at moment i am 13 down

I think because the echeque was cancelled it'll go into your Paypal account when it's clear from your bank account, which normally takes 5-7 working days (ish)

as you made a payment from your bank account it is set up as a direct debit so takes a few days to come out, now the payment cannot be refunded until it comes out of your bank so roughly 10 days after you issue the payment it will be returned.

basically you cannot get a refund on something that not been taken out yet, 4/5 days each way my frind

am in the same position but with 250 quid pain in the rectum and not happy with the seller(from here) who refunded me leaving me without 250 quid for at least 10 days at this time of year!!!
