Until you need to speak to a customer service rep and there are not any, so you send an email and get a response in 2 weeks.

Parcel monkey for me as well, fair enough they don't have a phone line. But are much cheaper, and the email support is fine. They have always got back to me within the hour on any emails

do i need to print out invoice with parcel monkey? as my printer dont work

You'll need a printer to print out the label to affix to the parcel! I've used parcelmonkey and just used myhermes this week which I found was cheaper this time.

I know I had to with myhermes and parcelmonkey. It has the collection date on it, van number, route number etc. Can you go to a library and print it out there...my local one charges 20p.

From myhermes website
1) Do I need a printer?
Yes, you will need a printer to print off your labels. Without the correct bar-coded label we will be unable to collect & deliver your parcels.

From Parcelmonkey website
How can I monitor the status of my package through its journey?

Your shipment will be issued with a unique tracking or 'waybill' number. This is issued to you upon order completion. So long as you print out your waybill document and attach it to your shipment your driver will be able to scan it in and start the tracking process. You will be SMS alerted on delivery (if you enter your mobile number) and you can track it at any time via the Parcel Monkey home page.

From Parcel2go

If you have printed your label during the Parcel2Go order process your Ident / Tracking number will be on this label; DHL numbers will begin JD – if you are unsure about this you can contact our Customer Service for advice. If you have written your address on the parcel and have not printed the label; you will be given an Idnet / Tracking number when the driver collects your parcel; this can be used on the Parcel2Go site under the tracking page.
